Exercise is for everyone!
Age, size and physical ability doesn't matter - there's something out there for all of us!
So why should we exercise?
For a happier and healthier you!
1. ENERGY BOOST
Regular exercise improves your muscle strength and endurance - but also works on things that we don't even see.
It helps your heart and lungs work more efficiently.
And when your heart and lungs improve - VOILA! - you gain more energy!
2. COMBATS HEALTH CONDITIONS
Your blood is pumping smoothly around your body.
Your heart and lungs are working well.
This improves energy - but will also combat health conditions, disease and allergies.
3. IMPROVES MOOD / CONFIDENCE
Whether you need a release after a frustrating day at work - or just need a bit of a lift, emotionally - exercise will help!
Once you are into a regular routine - you will start to notice a physical difference in your body and appearance.
This will naturally make a huge difference in your attitude towards yourself.
It will increase your self-confidence - and put you in a better mood!
4. IMPROVES YOUR SEX LIFE
Once your energy is boosted and your self-confidence has improved - you are more likely to enjoy (and want to do) physical intimacy.
AND. Physical exercise actually enhances arousal in women - and can eliminate erectile dysfunction in men.
5. IMPROVES SLEEP
Exercise will help you fall asleep easier - regular physical intimacy should help with that too ;)
As long as you don't exercise too close to bed time - as that will have the reverse effect due to all the new found energy!
6. FUN & SOCIAL
Find a sport or activity that is going to hold your interest.
Join a team or find a workout buddy.
You will have so much fun that you will barely notice that you are exercising!
If you get bored easily - you may need to just switch it up.
As long as you are moving - it doesn't matter which activity you choose to do!
7. CONTROLS WEIGHT
Exercise is great for weight loss, weight gain and maintaining your weight.
And if you can't make it the gym or class everyday - just make sure you are moving more in your every day ways...
Walk the stairs instead of using the elevator.
Even a night out dancing counts, right?!
Regular exercise is defined as 75 - 150 minutes per week - depending on how vigorous of a workout you are doing.
Spread the workouts out - and mix them up so you are working muscles and cardio - and keeping it fun!
